Beauty Diamond sells gem and <\/span>jewelry<\/span> products. Every product is manufactured from and ISO 9001 certified factory. The products show on the website are as accurate and complete as possible. Some products may appear larger or smaller than the actual size since each monitor used may have different settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Ordering procedures<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1 Customers can place the orders via the web page:\u00a0<\/span>www.beautydiamond.co.th<\/span><\/a>; 24 hours a day<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 Customers can view product details on the website. When the customer is satisfied with their choice of product, it can be select and placed in cart to purchase. The products ordered are inclusi<\/span><\/a>ve of the shipping cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 Once the customer has got all the required products, the customer shall enter the order process and the system will take the customer through the order process.<\/span><\/p>\n

a. At the registering procedure, the customer shall fill in the name, last name, actual address, email, and telephone including the channel to access the member system to get privileges. However, if the customer is not easy to subscribe, he\/she can choose to pay without subscribing.<\/span><\/p>\n

b. The system will <\/span>summarize<\/span> the list of products with prices and shipping costs, after which the system will proceed to payment process.<\/span><\/p>\n

c. Payment can be made via credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and JCB<\/span><\/p>\n

d. Next is the order confirmation process which is an important step to send your order to us to be recorded and the system will confirm the order back via email.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The price of the product and the shipping cost that the system has informed when purchasing the product will be the net price including the shipping fee. The customer can pay right away for the domestic transportation which include taxes. But if it cross-country shipping, the customer must be responsible for additional expenses and taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Regarding delivery, please study the details of the products delivery in the product delivery policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Product warranty; for the confidence of customers in ordering products, the company guarantees the products in the event of damage including the damage caused by production. Please see more detail from the warranty policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Once you have confirmed the order\/and the payment, such order cannot be changed or canceled.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. <\/span>Shipping; The company will mainly use the shipping services of the Thai Post. Customers can check the progress of the delivery from the Track and Trace system on our home page or the website of the Thai Post.<\/span><\/div>\n

2. <\/span>Customers should check the parcel and information every time before signing the receipt of the product.<\/span><\/div>\n

1. What are your delivery options?<\/span><\/div>\n

We currently ship to destinations in Thailand, for which our courier is Thailand Post. We also provide an option to upgrade to express shipping at a fee.<\/span> When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. <\/span><\/p>\n

Once your order is accepted, kindly allow 2 business days for delivery in Bangkok and Greater Bangkok, and 5 business days for other provinces. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment. <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Where do you ship to?<\/span>
\n<\/span>We ship to all provinces in Thailand. No international shipping is available at the moment.<\/span><\/div>\n
3. Do you offer shipping insurance?<\/span><\/div>\n

Standard shipping is included and insured up to 50,000 Thai baht.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nExchange & Return Policy:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
1. <\/span>In the event of a defect caused by the transportation of goods with the condition of changing-return the product, the customer must notify the Company immediately upon receiving the product (by phone, email, or via the contact system on the Company website). The customer must return the product in its original condition, in a condition that has not been used or worn before.<\/span><\/div>\n
2. <\/span>Customers can follow the progress of the changing-return the product through the customer\u2019s account or via email that the customers have registered.<\/span><\/div>\n
3. <\/span>The damage of the packaging alone is not considered damage in the product for changing-return.<\/span><\/div>\n

Refund Policy:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
1. <\/span>The Company will refund the customer in the event that the Company is unable to supply the product as ordered by the customer in the system only. The Company will contact the customer and refund the money to the customer\u2019s bank within 30 working days.<\/span><\/div>\n
